Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

All our Baby Gift Baskets are made to order, please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be shipped out.

We offer free shipping to the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) for orders of $50 or more (before taxes) every day of the week. We also offer free shipping on orders of $80 Canada-Wide and on orders over $100 to the USA.  Shipping to the rest of Canada (with the exception to Toronto) and United States of America is done with a courier service, Monday to Friday (except on statutory holidays) and different charges and delivery times will apply depending on the area of delivery. 

Please note that Bonjour Baby Baskets will arrive with the same products described in the website. Should a product be out of stock we will substitute the item with another one of equal or greater value and we will contact you by email before the basket is shipped.

If a delivery is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address we will charge a restocking and processing fee of up to $50. 

Bonjour Baby Baskets ships Worldwide. Customers outside of North America should note that products will be shipped using traceable methods, depending on the method chosen at checkout. Bonjour Baby Baskets will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/product.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns of purchases made by the buyer on items defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit to the same Credit Card  used for the purchase will be issued minus non refundable shipping charges. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We only accept refunds of purchases made by the buyer on items defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Sale items (if applicable)

Only REGULAR priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We only exchange items purchased by the buyer if they are defective or damaged.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We suggest using an AIR trackable shipping service (ground service is very slow) and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless these steps are followed.
