All our Baby Gift Baskets are made to order, please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be shipped out.
We offer free shipping to the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) for orders of $50 or more (before taxes) every day of the week. We also offer free shipping on orders of $80 Canada-Wide and on orders over $100 to the USA. Shipping to the rest of Canada (outside the GTA) and United States of America are done with a courier service, Monday to Friday (except on statutory holidays) and different charges and delivery times will apply depending on the area of delivery.
Please note that Bonjour Baby Baskets will arrive with the same products described in the website. Should a product is out of stock we will substitute the item with another one of equal or greater value and we will contact you by e-mail before the basket is shipped.
If a delivery is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address we will charge a re-stocking and processing fee of up to $50.
Bonjour Baby Baskets ships Worldwide. Customers outside of North America should note that products will be shipped using traceable methods, depending on the method chosen at checkout. Bonjour Baby Baskets will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/product.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 16 Calderon Cres Toronto CA M2R 2E5.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
