If you are like me, with tons of food sensitivities and you are looking for a great breakfast granola that you can eat at anytime of the day...well this recipe is for you!
The great thing about this recipe is that you can change the ingredients to what you like or to the ones than don't cause you any allergies.
3 cups of organic rolled oat flakes
1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds raw
1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds raw
1/2 cup organic cashew raw unsalted
1/2 cup organic pistachios raw unsalted no shell
1/2 cup of hemp seeds and chia seeds (half and half)
1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup organic dried cranberries or cherries
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup raw honey
Mix all the dry products together in a big bowl. Preheat the oven at 350 F.
In a separate container mix the raw honey with the coconut oil and add it to the dry mix. Bake for 15 minutes on a large flat baking sheet that you previously lined with parchment paper. After 15 minutes, take out and stir the mix. Bake for another 15 minutes or until is light brown.
Add the dried fruits, let it cool and store.
Serve with your favorite milk, yogurt or eat like a snack.
