Glutten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and delicious Apple Crumble

After popular requests, here is our recipe for the easiest, most delicious recipe for apple crumble!! 

The great thing about this recipe is that you can change it, add or eliminate any of the ingredients and it always turn out fabulous, so here it goes:

Fruit mix: (it works with almost any fruits) 
Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Apples (cut in 1/2 inch)
Raw honey 1 cup
Tapioca or arrowroot starch 1 tbsp

Topping mix:
Brown rice flower 1 cup
Rolled oats  1 1/2 cups
Any seeds or nuts (slivered almonds, hemp, pumpking, sunflower) 1 cup
Raw honey 1 cup
Coconut Oil 1 cup

Instructions:
1.- Preheat oven to 350F
2.- Mix fruits of your choice (you can add seasonal fruits) with the arrowroot or tapioca starch and add the honey. Spread the mix into a glass oven container
3.- Mix all the topping ingredients, then top the fruit mix and bake until is golden brown and bubbling. It it is too dry add more honey or coconut oil. 
4.- Serve warm with yogurt or plain.

    I love making apple crisp. As a gluten, dairy and egg-free mama it’s a quick and tasty treat to make!

    Just make sure that you are using certified gluten-free oats. Even though they are naturally gluten-free, most if the standard grocery store brands are contaminated with wheat or other grains. Also, it’s super tasty to sub half the rice flour (or whatever you are using) with oat flour for an extra boast of flavour!
